Protech Fence LLC Protech Fence LLC Shelley, ID Shelley, ID Full-time Full-time $15 - $18 an hour $15 - $18 an hour Job Overview Protech Fence is seeking a front office administrator to help with a variety of tasks related to daily operations of the business.
Including but not limited to; answering phones and scheduling appointments for the sales team, accounting and billing through company CRM, inventory systems, and providing top tier customer service to walk-in clientele.
Responsibilities:
Answer office phones and help direct customers to the appropriate information or team members Schedule appointments/bid meetings for members of the sales team Support bookkeeping and job costing procedures for the company Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence Entering new customer information into company CRM Collect payments on work orders Other general office responsibilities Requirements:
Basic Knowledge of Construction Industry a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs Ability to learn and navigate company utilized software Ability to learn the fence industry Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to prioritize various tasks throughout the work week Ability to provide outstanding customer service to all clientele We are willing to train all candidates on new software programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
